I have been stretching for a year now and have noticed substantial improvement in my strength. I am an avid golfer and believe it helps with rotation of the shoulders/hips and leg movements. Most importantly, after playing I do not experience the aches I did before I started stretching. A big thank you to Heidi who helps with any issues by providing solutions and support.

My husband booked us for the 30min complimentary stretch session with Doug. I have some low back pain and husband has shoulder pain and after our sessions we both felt amazing. Doug was super knowledgable and detailed. Highly recommend!
