Skating has been my life since I was a kid. Now as a professional… I just can’t seem to find the time for regular exercise and training routines. With assisted stretching I can easily stop in the studio, grab a 30 minute or hour session and I’m set to ride from the jump when I get up. My weight loss journey has been a long and hard path. It took me getting ill and landing in the hospital to see the error of my ways. I started small with walking nightly, then joined a gym and a close friend recommended I join a local cross fit class. After a month I was hooked. However I was still feeling strain on my hips and joints. That’s when I discovered assisted stretching. I can not begin to tell you the difference a consistent stretching routine has done for me.
