Our In Motion Stretching Programs

At first glance it may look like all stretches are created equal. However, there are a variety of stretches that provide you with the optimum approach for you as well as measurable results. Our Motion Specialists assess our clients and create a Stretch Plan that addresses your individual needs and areas of concern.

PNF APPROACH

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation is the method we use in our one-on-one stretches. Basically, your Movement Specialist will put you in position and ask you to contract certain muscles and hold the contraction for a few moments.

This advanced form of stretching is very beneficial in increasing range of motion and getting maximum benefits.

AIS STRETCHING

We all know exercise is an important step toward living a dynamic life and maintaining a healthy body free of injury and disease.  The beauty of stretching is that it lowers your chance of injury and allows the body to maximize all the benefits of your workout.  In Motion understands the impact that adding stretching to your fitness regimen greatly affects these areas.
