Just received my first stretch withJalen & it was excellent. I'm 46 yrs old and exercise gently regularly, but I've been noticing that I feel like I've be limping slightly and as it turns out, my left side is tremendously tighter than my right side. I feel a great sense of relaxation, tingling and blood flow through my arms, legs,  fingers and toes! I also suffer from neuropathy from liver disease and my specialist had told me that exercising and stretching is the best thing I can do about it... This stretch felt and feels amazing.. I definitely recommend that you get a treatment here & I plan to continue coming here.. I feel really nice. Everyone here is extremely nice, and thorough and extremely good at what they do.. Before I joined in motion I could not put my shoes on and tie them from a sitting position. I highly recommend them. The staff is super friendly and very good at discovering what stretches are helpful to your needs.

Greer is home to people who sit, drive, and train hard. So when your back, hips, or neck start talking, it is usually not random. We help you fix it. And we do it one-on-one, because your body is not the same as anyone else.

What a Session Actually Looks Like

You show up. You lie down. Your specialist does the work. First, we talk about what hurts and what you want. Then we move you through targeted stretches built for that. Also, sessions run 30 or 60 minutes, so you can fit them into a real schedule.

Who Comes to Our Greer Studio

We serve Greer, Taylors, Duncan, Lyman, and Spartanburg. Most clients are desk workers, weekend athletes, or people who just finished physical therapy. However, you do not need a reason to be here. If you are tight, stiff, or sore, this helps. Also, no fitness level is required.
