Just received my first stretch withJalen & it was excellent. I'm 46 yrs old and exercise gently regularly, but I've been noticing that I feel like I've be limping slightly and as it turns out, my left side is tremendously tighter than my right side. I feel a great sense of relaxation, tingling and blood flow through my arms, legs,  fingers and toes! I also suffer from neuropathy from liver disease and my specialist had told me that exercising and stretching is the best thing I can do about it... This stretch felt and feels amazing.. I definitely recommend that you get a treatment here & I plan to continue coming here.. I feel really nice. Everyone here is extremely nice, and thorough and extremely good at what they do.. Before I joined in motion I could not put my shoes on and tie them from a sitting position. I highly recommend them. The staff is super friendly and very good at discovering what stretches are helpful to your needs.
